Our mission as an organisation is to deliver the five commitments we have outlined in this business plan for 2026 – 2031. Our projects and campaigns are chosen and funded by levy paying businesses, with the overarching purpose of improving Watford Town Centre for its businesses and users.

Meet the BID Team

Kara Mesiano
BID Manager
Kara is responsible for the leadership and management of Watford Town Centre BID, working with the BID Board, the team, levy payers, partners and stakeholders to successfully deliver the business plan

Glen Hempenstall
Marketing & Communications Manager
Glen is responsible for the BID’s communication channels including Watford Town Centre’s branding, online presence, PR, email communications and promotional campaigns

Fiona Hadley
Business Support
Fiona is the first point of contact for levy paying businesses in Watford Town Centre, and provides invaluable support to the BID team to successfully deliver the business plan

John Hattingh
Watford Business Against Crime Officer
John manages our Watford Business Against Crime scheme – a paid for scheme that connects members with each other, town centre CCTV and local police, via a handheld radio

Cameron Evans
Cardboard Collection Service
Cameron heads up Watford Town Centre’s Cardboard Collection Service, a free and exclusive service for BID businesses to save them money whilst helping the environment
